1. General Fee Policy

Hospitality World Job Portal provides online recruitment software services for candidate registration, CV publishing, job postings, and applicant tracking. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, registration and job posting service fees are generally non-refundable once an account or listing has been activated on the system.

2. Duplicate or Erroneous Transactions

If you experience a technical error resulting in a duplicate payment or incorrect charge during payment gateway checkout (e.g. Razorpay payment processing):

• Please contact our support team within 7 business days of the transaction.
• Provide your transaction ID, registered email address, and payment proof.
• Upon verification, approved refunds for duplicate or erroneous charges will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

3. Service Cancellations & Account Termination

• Job Seeker Accounts: Candidate account registration provides perpetual access to upload documents and apply for job vacancies. You may deactivate or delete your profile at any time.
• Employer Job Listings: Employers may archive or close posted job vacancies at any time from their employer dashboard. Early closure of a job ad does not entitle the employer to a prorated refund.
• Account Suspension for Policy Violations: In accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy, accounts suspended due to fraudulent listings, untruthful profiles, or unlawful behavior are not eligible for refunds.

4. Disclaimer of Hiring & Employment Outcomes

Fees paid on Hospitality World cover software access, profile hosting, and application distribution. We do not guarantee employment or hiring outcomes. Refunds will not be issued based on candidate response volume or employment decisions.
