Job Responsibilities

• Allocation and Maintenance of IT Equipment • Diagnose Hardware and Software Issues • Document and Maintain IT Inventory • Review and Resolve IT Helpdesk Requests • Maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments including systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations. • Coordinating computer network access and use • Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems. • Replacing faulty network hardware components when required. • Updating and monitoring IT user accounts. • Maintenance & management of the Critical Windows based Server Environment. • Monitoring network performance to determine if adjustments need to be made • .Maintaining up to date Antivirus levels on all machines company wide. • Purchasing of IT Equipment and software in line within agreed budgets. • Supporting a multi-site IT infrastructure of employees. • Responsible for the fast and accurate troubleshooting of reported faults. • Developing functioning website using HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT and PHP

Requirements:

Education Bachelor's Degree, Higher National Diploma (HND), National Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. Experience At least 1–3 years of experience in web development (entry to mid-level). Experience developing responsive websites and web applications. Portfolio of completed web development projects is an added advantage. Technical Skills Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Experience with front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap, React, Vue.js, or Angular. Knowledge of back-end technologies such as PHP, Laravel, Node.js, ASP.NET, or Python (Django/Flask). Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party API integration. Knowledge of Git and version control systems. Understanding of web security principles and best practices. Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. Familiarity with cloud hosting, web servers, or deployment tools is an advantage. Soft Skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Willingness to learn new technologies and continuously improve technical skills. Preferred Qualifications (Added Advantage) Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Drupal. Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or DevOps practices. Experience with Agile or Scrum development methodologies. Understanding of SEO best practices and web accessibility standards. Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD. Working Conditions Full-time position. Hybrid, remote, or office-based depending on organizational requirements.
